An agro house from the
northern edge of Chennai.
REYUN Agro Industries India Private Limited was registered on 5 August 2022 with a simple premise: that Tamil Nadu's small farms produce world-class raw material, and that a disciplined company can carry it to market without diluting what makes it good.
We started where the crop starts — at the farm gate, not at the trading desk.
Ponneri sits north of Chennai, where the city thins into coconut groves, paddy fields and moringa plantations. Our registered office is here, on Sri Selva Vinayagar Nagar — close enough to the fields to see a harvest come in, and close enough to the port to send it out.
The company was incorporated in 2022 under the Companies Act, classified under the manufacture of other food products, and registered for GST in Tamil Nadu the same year. What began as a moringa-focused collection and grading operation has grown into a seven-line commodity business: seeds, kernels, dried leaf, copra, whole spices, paddy seed and dried pulses.
We remain deliberately mid-sized. Every lot that leaves us is one a director has seen, and every buyer gets a name and a number rather than a ticket queue. That is the whole strategy.
What we make
Cleaned, graded and packed moringa leaf, seed and ben-oil kernel, plus prepared food-product lines under buyer specification.
What we trade
Coconut copra, Marathi moggu and whole spices, paddy seed and dried leguminous vegetables under HSN 07134000.
Who we serve
Spice houses, food processors, oil millers, seed distributors and export traders — domestic and overseas.
How we ship
Bulk bags, private label and container loads, by road and sea from the port of Chennai.
Four rules we don't trade away.
Origin honesty
If a lot is a blend of two villages, we say so. Single-origin means single-origin.
Grading discipline
Moisture, admixture and foreign matter are measured, written down and attached to the lot.
Farmer-first pricing
A grower who is paid fairly and on time plants the next season with confidence.
Paperwork that holds
GST-compliant invoices, dispatch records and lot references — auditable, not improvised.
A short history,
deliberately short.
We are a young company and we would rather show the record than the rhetoric. Below are the dates that exist on paper.
Incorporation & GST registration
The company is registered on 5 August 2022 under ROC Chennai (CIN U15400TN2022PTC154459) and receives GST registration in Tamil Nadu.
The commodity basket takes shape
Moringa seeds, ben-oil kernels, dried leaf, coconut copra, Marathi moggu and paddy seed become standing lines, each with its own grading routine.
Financials filed, board expanded
Annual filings up to 31 March 2025 completed with the last annual general meeting held on 30 September 2025. The board is now held by two directors — SV Sudha and B Uma Thulasi.
Built for the next buyer
Private-label programmes, sampling for processors and export-ready documentation — with Chennai port twenty-odd kilometres from the warehouse.
The practical side
of a trade enquiry.
Nothing here is unusual — it is simply written down so both sides know where they stand.
